A voluminous wool fabric made from a wonderfully soft virgin wool blend. The cotton content makes the coat fabric feel wonderfully soft and its boucle-like surface has a very special effect.
The beautiful, timeless colours grey, black and wool white make the coat fabric a versatile companion for the cool season.
A classic coat, a blazer, or perhaps a skirt? I also find a short jacket, a bolero or cape made of the beautiful check very beautiful.
What can I sew with it?
The wool fabric is perfect for coats, jackets, capes, waistcoats and ponchos. But also skirts and tunics can be sewn from it. And the "leftovers" can be used to make hats, gloves, arm warmers and appliqués.
Tip:
If the wool fabric is too robust for you, people with sensitive skin sometimes find it "scratchy", you can of course line it. Cotton jerseys are perfect for this, especially for baby and toddler jackets or overalls. Otherwise, cotton fabrics or, especially for the sleeves, our lining fabrics are also suitable.
