Payment / Shipping

• If a delivery fails because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, a further delivery attempt will only be made if the customer covers the direct costs of the re-delivery. These costs correspond to the delivery charges agreed at the time the contract was concluded.

• Important notice regarding our delivery areas: We currently dispatch our goods exclusively within Germany. Due to the new legal requirements of the European Packaging Regulation (PPWR), the administrative and financial burden associated with cross-border shipping has risen significantly. Every EU country now requires its own registrations and local authorised representatives, which is unfortunately no longer economically viable for us as a smaller business. In order to continue offering you the quality and fair prices you have come to expect, we must therefore focus on deliveries within Germany until further notice. We thank you for your understanding!
