The Jordan Quilt is a beautiful quilted fabric with a water-repellent and matt surface.
The cotton blend fabric has a very soft, velvety feel and is quilted at 5 cm intervals. The filling is slightly thicker than in the Thelma quilt and so the entire fabric has a significantly higher fabric weight without feeling heavy.
The inner fabric is also made of a smooth polyester lining, so that the jacket/coat can be easily worn with a jumper.
The stepper is easy to work with and an absolutely great choice for warm jackets, waistcoats and coats. Large shoppers and other bags made from quilted fabrics are also absolutely en vogue at the moment. Perfect for all those who want to sew a trendy "it piece" quickly.
To enjoy your quilted bag for as long as possible, please follow the washing instructions! This will keep the outer fabric water-repellent for a long time.
And here's my pro tip for you: With fabrics as fine as this one, you should check your needle before sewing. Please only use an absolutely flawless needle, in this case a fine Microtex needle. You should also use a slightly larger stitch, something between 3.5 and 4. It's best to try this out on a test piece.
