The cotton fabric 'Christmas Ornaments' is a loving compilation of classic Christmas symbols, reminiscent of familiar rituals and festive childhood memories.
Designed with detailed illustrations by Kerstin Heß and as part of the Engelswerk collection, this fabric features a harmonious mosaic of lovingly placed motifs on a light-coloured background. Christmas baubles, hearts, wreaths, cones, gingerbread, little birds, stockings and candles alternate at regular intervals and are delicately linked by fine red and green lines.
Arranged as if on an embroidered grid, the elements look almost like small embroideries on a linen background. The colours in warm red, fir green and soft natural tones underline the traditional character of this design and create a calm, nostalgic Christmas atmosphere.
Christmas Ornaments is perfect for patchwork, Advent calendars, festive tablecloths or lovingly designed sewing projects that warm the heart and decorate the home.
Cotton fabrics can naturally shrink by up to 5% and can shrink even more in the tumble dryer. We therefore recommend washing our fabrics before sewing (especially in combination with other materials).
To ensure that you can enjoy the fabrics for a long time, we recommend washing them inside out. If possible, use a mild or colour detergent.
Cotton fabrics from acufactum are ideal for interior decorations of all kinds as they have not been extensively chemically pretreated.
They are not suitable for outdoor decoration/curtains due to their low light resistance.
The fabrics are produced in Europe and comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
